2024 Ford Bronco Engineered for Off-Road Excellence

New models are even better equipped for exploration than before, thanks to larger tires, unmatched powertrain capabilities, and modern technology. 

Model year 2024 saw no major cosmetic changes to the Bronco’s design, keeping the classic bold and boxy styling cues with modern design elements, round headlights, and a prominent grille. Flexibility comes standard on Bronco SUVs with the classic two-door or the family-friendly four-door with a longer wheelbase. It also offers a range of customization options, including removable doors and roof panels, allowing you to tailor the vehicle to your preferences.

The new Bronco lineup has been revamped, including the return of the Everglades trim level.

What’s New for the 2024 Ford Bronco Lineup

The Bronco lineup starts with the Big Bend trim, with a starting price under $40,000. The top-of-the-line Raptor trim starts at just under $90,000.

Middle-of-the-pack Badlands trims are equipped with a heavy-duty bumper. Everglades models come with rugged features like a factory-installed WARN winch, snorkel, and 35-inch mud-terrain tires. The Bronco Raptor also gains a Code Orange accent package while the popular Black Appearance package is still available.

Inside the cabin, you’ll find an upgraded 12-inch touchscreen with Ford’s SYNC® 4 system and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The system can also connect to the cloud and a smartphone wirelessly. 

Engine Options and Performance Specs 

Along with a rugged design, the 2024 Bronco has three engine options that can be paired with a seven-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission. No matter which powertrain you choose, you’ll get the optimal combination of power, torque, and handling.

Advanced Off-Road Technology

The Bronco was made to tackle any terrain with ease. It has an 11.6-inch ground clearance, a high-mounted air intake system, and can safely take on up to 33.5 inches of water.

With an approach angle of 43.2 degrees, a breakover angle of 29 degrees, and a departure angle of 37.2 degrees, it even handles sharp drops and steep inclines effortlessly. Bronco is equipped with front and rear locking differentials, as well as a disconnecting sway bar, providing superior traction and stability on uneven surfaces. 

The Bronco also boasts a terrain management system with seven G.O.A.T. modes (Goes Over Any Terrain), including settings for sand, slippery conditions, sport driving, eco-friendly driving, mud/ruts, and rock crawl. Bronco Terrain Management System™ will automatically adapt and optimize its steering, handling, and powertrain performance in response to road or trail conditions.

Ford Trail Control

It’s also equipped with Trail Control, which is a sophisticated off-road driving assistance feature. Similar to cruise control for off-road driving, Trail Control helps you maintain steady speed in rugged conditions without constant throttle input. Automatically managing throttle and braking allows you to focus more on steering and navigating difficult terrain like steep inclines and rocky paths. 

There’s also the Ford Bronco Trail App, which allows you to access and download maps for over 18,000 miles of trails, and filter trails by location, length, difficulty, and more.
